Guiding Principles

The Rosomoff Rehabilitation Center is a department of Douglas gardens Hospital that employs a multidisciplinary team of specialists to evaluate and treat patients' specific needs and to design individualized programs to meet those needs. The team consists of a physiatrist, neurosurgeon, psychologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, ergonomists, nursing, and vocational counselors. The RCRC has the first and only clinical Ergonomics Center.

Our goals are to:

• Restore patients to their optimum levels of function
• Reduce or eliminate pain
• Reduce or eliminate addictive pain medications
• Enable patients to become independent of the healthcare system
• Improve quality of life
